Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@madebybigfoot.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

 

Return shipping costs
If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll cover the cost of resolving the issue.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size ordered, colour preference, or other non-defective reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made items, or items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please request a return for the original item in accordance with our return policy. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to any exceptions provided by applicable law. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy above.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at support@madebybigfoot.co.uk. Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received and include any original packaging where reasonably possible.

 

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
