Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United States is $5.99 for orders under $75.

We offer FREE standard shipping on US orders of $75 or more.

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Times

Most Made By Bigfoot products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, standard US delivery typically takes approximately 2–8 business days.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different locations. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will receive shipping information as it becomes available for your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@madebybigfoot.co.uk.

Once an order has entered production or been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us at support@madebybigfoot.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can investigate and make it right.
